  9. Remove from oven and cover each pork chop with 1 slice of provolone cheese.
  10. Put the pan back into the oven and change the oven temp to broil. Broil pork chops until the cheese is melted and has lightly browned.
  11. Remove from oven and serve.

Reduce the heat back down to medium. Add the onions back into the pan. Transfer onions to a plate, do not wipe out skillet. Return cooked onions to pan and sprinkle with flour. Stir to coat and cook about a minute.
