  2. Put some paper towels on a flat plate and place the block of tofu in the middle. Place some more paper towels on top of the tofu. Add some weight on top of the tofu will help squeeze out all the excess water. Leave it for about 30 to 50 minutes..

Mix well and make sure the sugar is all dissolved. I added ¼ tsp of sriracha but you can add more if you like the sauce spicier.
